RETURNS
Thank you for your purchase; we are delighted to have you as our customer.
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The disposable tag is perfectly intact and has not been removed from the garment. The warranty seal has not been removed or cut.
All fabric or hanging labels are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the garment. Each item to be returned is in the same condition as originally shipped and must be neatly packed. Any returned item has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way. We will not accept even minimally damaged products. Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be considered. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed (within 30 days), and we will credit the amount spent to the original payment method.
If you have not yet received the refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered. If you have done all this and have not yet received the refund, contact us at info@pinardimilano.com
No product purchased on sale or through a discount code can be modified or returned (unless exceptional cases evaluated and determined by us).
If you order a customized product for you, in any form, with any type of customization, you can only cancel the order within 24 hours of submission. After this period, PINARDI MILANO reserves the right to retain 35% of the order amount, thus refunding only 65% to cover the costs of producing an unsellable and non-reusable product. Thank you for your understanding.
YOUR RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF THE PRODUCT REACHES ITS DESTINATION WITHIN 7 DAYS (FROM RECEIPT) AND IS NOT DAMAGED. WE WILL EVALUATE THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE AND DECIDE ACCORDING TO OUR PREROGATIVES.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only in the case of incorrect size. Send us an email at info@pinardimilano.com.
REFUNDS
Refunds do not apply to all purchases. Exceptions include:
damaged product custom-made or clearly personalized product (e.g., custom-made jackets) product used or the tag has been violated
SHIPPING
